PICTURES OF INTERIOR

Went by our home today , the interior is coming together all the doors are in place, and there was a second coat of paint on the walls.Also the tile in master bath is almost finished, things are moving along rather swiftly. On a side note a truck was out front spraying in the insulation in the attic of house. I talked with the guy that was running the insulation machine, he said of all the builders he does this for, Ryan uses the top end insulation. None of the other major builders here in Charlotte use that grade insulation, I forget what he told me about the specs,they run a hose into the attic and pump the insulation in. Latest picture of the exterior, and the four houses in our culdesac that are in different stages of the building process. So far there is a Martineque on one side,A Milan next door, differerent elevation, and a Kirkgate at the end of our street.

OUR MILAN IS MOVING QUICKLY!

Things are starting to move really fast. Our brick is up,the siding is on the house and the drywall is complete. Here are the latest pictures.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

Hello Ryan family this is Tammy. My wonderful husband usually posts on the blog, but today I said its my turn. The process with the home is moving very well and I am very pleased with the results. Well the meeting with guardian was today for pre-dry wall which mean simply to show us were the outlets will be located. Everything was going great until the rep suggested  a 47inch television and said it will look great over the fireplace HELP!!!!!!! Ladies  I think I was set up today. Why does anyone need that much television? Men I do know how you support one another,but this question is for the LADIES ONLY. Share with me a few of the compromises that you made and you are happy with the results. I need feedback ladies will be looking for your post have a wonderful evening.

WINDOWS !!!

Stopped by house today and our windows in, things are really progressing. We have a meeting with Guardian to go over the placements of the oulets and data ports. I also met some more of my neighbors I think we have a good group around us, I am thankful for that.

THIS IS WHAT I SAW TODAY !!!

Went by the house today and this is my nice surprise for today,framing is going fast. Another high point for today three of my soon to be neighbors were on site checking on the progress of their homes as well. Looks like we are going to have some really great neighbors we even discussed a block party, due to all us moving in one behind

the other.

THE ELVES HAVE BEEN BUSY !!!

Framing has begun, the contractors were still working at 7:00p.m. tonight. We are exited about the progress to this point. Cant wait until the end of the week, to see whats been done.
