WINDOWS !!!

Stopped by house today and our windows in, things are really progressing. We have a meeting with Guardian to go over the placements of the oulets and data ports. I also met some more of my neighbors I think we have a good group around us, I am thankful for that.

THIS IS WHAT I SAW TODAY !!!

Went by the house today and this is my nice surprise for today,framing is going fast. Another high point for today three of my soon to be neighbors were on site checking on the progress of their homes as well. Looks like we are going to have some really great neighbors we even discussed a block party, due to all us moving in one behind

the other.

THE ELVES HAVE BEEN BUSY !!!

Framing has begun, the contractors were still working at 7:00p.m. tonight. We are exited about the progress to this point. Cant wait until the end of the week, to see whats been done.

WE HAVE WOOD AND A DRIVEWAY !!!

Our PM has been right on target we went to check out our lot and the wood is here, the driveway has been poured and we are very excited. The pictures were not that good a little blurry but here are Daryl and Tammy the hairstylist with our wood.

I have been very impressed with our PM, I was able to stop by our lot today and as has been the case our PM Mike is always there and in the thick of things. He has always taken time to talk with me and explain details about the building process, I apppreciate him taking time out for me. Our driveway was to be poured today and our lumber is also arriving ,with framing to start on Monday. We are excited!

OUR FOUNDATION HAS BEEN POURED ! ! !

Went by the lot today and was happy to see that our foundation has been poured. It was unbelievable how much activity was going on, the concrete people poured two lots while I was there. At one house they poured a driveway, and on another the foundation was poured. I expect things to really take off now that we have our foundation  in place. Our wood is expected to be here this week
